Expansion Updates

    On June 28, 2011, the TCS society approved (94% in favor) to begin leasing space on the second floor of the Atrium VI building, with the option to purchase when the time is right!!

  • Recent Development Updates

    • Kelly Seminoff, of Seminoff Architecture, has been contracted to assist with the development of the drawings on the future space
    • Genesis Building Corporation has been contracted to act as Construction Managers on the development project.
    • Demolition is now completed, the Development and Building permits have been released and construction on the new space is beginning the week of Novemebr 28.
