Green Bay Day # 3

Today was another full and fulfilling day here at Green Bay Bible Camp.
We started the day with some gym time and followed up with wall climbing.
After climbing, we loaded up into a couple of vans and set out on a beautiful mountain bike ride on the Kettle Valley Rail Trail (KVR). After eating our bagged lunches, we hit the trail. It was 12 km each way, so the students (and staff) were tired when we got home. We then enjoyed some supper, played in the gym some more and concluded our day with some delicious cookies and a great campfire to end the day.

Sid Koop has been unpacking Ephesians 2:10 all week, and tonight, his challenge to us was reminding us that God has a purpose for us all the time. He pushed us to ask God how we can use our gifts, talents and abilities to serve God and others now and not always look to what is next.

Tomorrow we have some camp games planned; we will play volleyball in the gym and then head to the H2O water park in Kelowna.

We would continue to ask for prayer for safety and indeed that God would be working in the hearts and minds of our students as Sid speaks. We miss you all very much!
