Remembrance Day Chapel

Today we remembered all those who have served so that we may be free.  

Many of our classes help lead Chapel today:

  • Our grade 1 classes recited the poem "In Flanders Field” in a video.  

We were honoured with the presence of Dave Driscoll, our Superintendent and Tom Hamer, Associate Superintendent at the Grade 1 practice on Wednesday. 

  • Students from our Grade 8 class made a video "A Day in the Life of a Soldier”.  
  • Our Grade 3 classes drew photos of poppies and made a video reading from the book, “A Poppy Is to Remember“.  

As we do each year, we took a moment to pause and reflect on the sacrifice that Families of TCS have made, and continue to make out of love and in the name of peace.  Please take time to look through the attached photos of TCS family members who have or are serving for our country.
